Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of your order date.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive two emails: one confirming your order, and one with tracking information once it ships.

If you don't see a confirmation email, check your Spam or Junk folder first. It's also worth double checking the email address you entered at checkout. Still nothing? Contact us right away and our team will sort it out.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship via UPS and USPS. In some cases we may need to use a different carrier to complete delivery. If you're unable to receive UPS or USPS shipments, contact us and we'll find a solution that works for you.
